To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned products, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.

Because our products are handmade, it may take us 2-3 days to handcraft your product. After that, you can follow the shipping times to best gauge when you'll receive your purchase.

For products that have already been handmade in bulk, we can process orders more swiftly (1-2 days).
