If you contact us with the processing window (before your item has been shipped), there's a better chance we can make adjustments for you.

• The delivery time depends on your location. Typically, orders within the domestic region are delivered within 3-5 business days, while international orders may take longer.

• Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or weather conditions may affect delivery times.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned products, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.

Because our products are handmade, it may take us 2-3 days to handcraft your product. After that, you can follow the shipping times to best gauge when you'll receive your purchase.

For products that have already been handmade in bulk, we can process orders more swiftly (1-2 days).

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the products are unused and in their original packaging for a successful return.
